The service

Dog Gone Clean operates a mobile dog bath service in The Villages, Florida, called the Hurricane Bath. Service includes a recirculating bath with adjustable pressure, a fresh water rinse, and drying in a climate controlled trailer. We bath only friendly dogs whose coats do not require a haircut.

Pricing

Pricing is set by coat tier (smoothcoat and doublecoat) at one inclusive price per visit. We do not charge add ons or surprise fees. Each additional dog is twenty dollars less than the prior dog in the same tier.

Card on file and billing

A card on file is required to book. Your card is charged the day before each scheduled visit (at the 24 hour mark), never sooner. Once inside the 24 hour window, the visit is locked and the payment is non-refundable.

Skip and reschedule

You may skip one visit per rolling twelve months at no charge; the next visit after a free skip is charged at your normal rate. A second skip in the same window prices the next visit at the single visit rate (a real labor difference, not a fee). Rescheduling more than seven days from your original date steps the price up toward the single visit rate based on how far you move it.

Cancellation

You can stop your recurring subscription at any time, in two taps, from your client portal. No phone calls, no scripts, no questions asked. Any visit already charged inside the 24 hour window stays charged; future visits stop.

Eligibility

We bath dogs whose coats clean up fast and dry well, and who are handleable without aggression. A dog that shows aggression toward people is not eligible for this service. Coat types that mat or pack heavy undercoat against the skin are not eligible.

Limitation

We take reasonable care with every dog. If you provide a specific shampoo (medicated, prescription, or flea), we will use it, but we do not guarantee the result, which is between you and your veterinarian.
