Dog Gone Clean is a mobile dog grooming service operated as a sole proprietorship by Paul Nickerson.

Payment Terms

For recurring Hurricane Bath service, a card on file is required to book and is charged 24 hours before each scheduled appointment, never sooner. That charge is what locks in your time. If the charge fails, the system notifies you immediately. If payment is not resolved within 12 hours of the failure notification, the appointment is automatically cancelled. Our operators do not travel to unpaid appointments. Legacy full groom clients pay in person at the appointment by card, cash, or mobile wallet through Square.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Think of your appointment like a concert ticket. Outside of 24 hours before an appointment, you may cancel or reschedule without charge. Inside 24 hours, the appointment time is reserved for you and is non-refundable, and the card is charged even if you cancel or reschedule. You may stop a recurring plan at any time, in two taps, from your client portal: we stop charging, we stop coming.

Rescheduling and Pricing

Recurring pricing is tied to your regular rhythm. Moving a visit earlier, or up to 10 days later than its regular spot, never changes the price. Moving a visit more than 10 days past its regular spot prices that one visit at the single-visit rate, because more time between visits means more coat to care for; your recurring price returns on the next regular visit. If you try to move a visit within those 10 days and nothing is open, the next available time keeps your recurring price. Whenever you reschedule, the calendar shows the exact price on every date before you pick, so there are never surprises.

Photos and Media

We may take photos or video during appointments. Photos we take are our property and may be used on our website, social media, or other business purposes at our discretion. Clients may raise specific concerns in writing and we will take reasonable steps to accommodate going forward but make no guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific appointment in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any disputes will be handled in Marion County, Florida.
