What we collect
When you book a Hurricane Bath visit, we collect your name, the service address inside The Villages, contact details (phone and email), your dog's name, breed, and coat notes, and payment information processed by our payment provider. When you visit this site, your browser sends standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed).
What we do with it
We use this information to schedule and provide the service, process payments, send service related communications, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Third parties we use
Dog Gone Clean uses the following services to operate: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Google (sign in and business email), Supabase (data storage), DigitalOcean (hosting).
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and text message content are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your card on file
Card details are stored with Stripe, never on our servers. We retain only the tokenized reference Stripe gives us so we can charge for your scheduled visits. You can update or remove your card on file from the client portal at any time.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure.
