This document is a draft. Final wording lands when the Twilio number and A2P 10DLC registration go live.

What we send

If you opt in, Dog Gone Clean sends text messages tied to your Hurricane Bath service: appointment reminders three days out, one day out, and the morning of, a heads up text when we are on the way (with a live tracker link), and occasional service notices (card on file expiring, route changes that affect your visit).

Consent

By providing your mobile number during booking, you agree to receive these service related text messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency

Message frequency varies with your service schedule. Recurring clients on a four week cadence will typically receive four to five messages per visit cycle.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply, set by your carrier. Dog Gone Clean does not charge for the messages.

HELP and STOP

Reply HELP at any time for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from this number. You can opt back in later from the client portal.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number, SMS consent, and text message content are never shared with third parties for marketing.
